Aldnoah.Zero 2 episode 10

What a really strange episode. So much happened during this week’s Aldnoah Zero episode and yet I have so little to say. Finding the right words is difficult and actually thinking of something worthwhile is even harder.
Inaho and the rest of his comrades were apparently tired of constantly defending their planet, so they decided to launch an attack of their own with a hidden objective; to rescue the awakened princess and to bring her back to earth so that she may help them stop the war from going on much longer, which is quite the difficult task with Slaine trying to obtain more and more power.
I imagine that Slaine would lose a lot of power and a lot of leverage when that princess is rescued. A lot of people would stop following him if it would come out, provided they’d believe it. Slaine could just say that she’s a hologram or something and use his puppet to continue playing Asseylum for him. Still, the damage is done; he lost what he loves most. We’ll just have to see how he copes with it.
